Welcome to jtbcounselling. My name is Joy and I offer counselling services in the Greenwich area of London.
I imagine that by visiting this site you may be interested in finding support to help you manage difficult or painful issues.
Counselling is a place where we can feel safe to explore and express what we may not otherwise wish to share with our nearest and dearest. I appreciate that for some, it can feel quite daunting to take that first step. Opening up to a complete stranger may feel overwhelming. As a counsellor I am trained to listen, be empathic, non judgemental and to follow your lead to go with you in the direction you choose. It is my role to help you find solutions to your problems.
